He does seem like a man on a mission.
I feel he looks rather stiff, which is not entirely bad for a man of this character, but his proportions are off too. His arm is too long, shoulders not equal and torso too short. Perhaps drawing from real life would help you in this area. I do like all the little details in his attire, thanks for sharing this with us.
