This was an attempt at painting a ghost in 1700's garb.

Coat, Cravat & Waistcoat patterns from vintage cloth.
Buttons are a vintage button paintbrush.
Background from stock images.
Lace & Frame from clip art.

Done entirely in Photoshop without a tablet.
