Submitted for an anime contest. Lost out and got a consolation prize.
Wasn't really bothered, except the second prize winner was this gawd awful and kiddy FLASH-drawn piece that some 34 year old guy drew. It looked like Megaman, and seriously, was so bad that when I asked one of the judges, he said he didn't know why it was there.
Pity the third prize winner, her special effects rocked in her piece.
Anyway, never again am I going for another anime CG competition in Singapore. Damn conservative.
The competition was rigged!!! It had to be for this peice to not win!! 2 thumbs up to u and a cookie to make u feel better about the dumb blind judges.
I think I was so caught up in the creatures and background I didn't even notice the boobs, sorry about that. I really like the white creature, it seems to stand out the most. You definitely should have won something for this.
Lol, yeah, the white one was the 'leader'. I had a write-up for this, which was basically unicorns=bad and the girl=good, and she was a dragon. I wanted to invert the whole idea of dragons vs. unicorns.
Anyway, I DID win a year of 50MB webspace with unlimited bandwidth, but I hate having webspace on my own country's domain. Singapore is conservative that my plans for the webspace might be hindered =/
Your submission is posted to our site but it hasn't yet been added to an Art RPG queue for point counting, approval, and/or reward redemption. Submit it to the queue to get your rewards.
Thus my vow to not enter anymore local competitions -.-
Actually, I got inspiration for the creatures from a bronze sculpture of a herd of horses running, and the sculpture was made by one of my uncles.
