'Ruler of the Black Sands'

Always loved this character. Next to Mirage, Mozenrath was the only Disney's Aladdin (TV series related) villain who actually posed any real threat to that goody two shoes Aladdin and his obnoxious entourage.

They should have had more episodes with this guy.

Side note - Xerxes (that eel familiar) is an evil bitch to draw.
