Puppy Love

Playing through Dragon Age 2 with the expansion that includes the companion, Sebastian Vael- a super lovely archer, with a gorgeous scottish accent <3

My female Hawke character is currently romancing him, and he just proposed to her and it's all super sweet TuT Sebastian in the game bows to Hawke's pet Mabari hound (I named mine Pepe ^^ ), which I thought was really adorable cause I love my Pepe in the game so much, so I thought I'd draw a picture of the trio being a happy family <3

My Hawke in this game is a 2 handed weapon fighter, with an aggressive personality. It was really difficult keeping up the aggressive options around Sebastian cause he's so lovely. I like to think that he brings out the softer side of her :)

I admit...I was SUPER confused at first.
I saw two pairs of people legs but only one head xD (her hair was his ponytail somehow O_o) Now that I can see Hawke as well I can't un-see it and cannot explain how my brain could have messed up so badly Tongue

    This is ridiculously cute though!
    Everyone looks so happy ^_^
Your colouring is on point as well (as usual Tongue)

Yeah- I think it's the quick glance thing, cause I can sort of see it too? It's a complex pose so I don't think it could be helped T.T

Thank you- I'm glad that a lot of people feel that it was cute TuT They are a cute couple in my mind TuT I wish the game did a bit more with the romance, but that's what fanfic is for I guess xD

Heh- it's funny you mention the dog- I have no idea what magic I pulled to get the dog looking like a Mabari hound let alone a dog XD I guess it's a sign that my new life habits are better than my older ones. I haven't been drawing animals more often, but I guess my brain is more flexible when it's more rested Smile

Thank you for your comment Smile

I did not realize until a second ago there are three things in this picture. All I was thinking was how I wish I could big my big dog up like that.

My Hawke character wields a 2 handed battle axe- I figure she could handle picking up her future husband, and dog Wink

It wasn't easy to separate the 3. I tried my best, but my Hawke character has a black and white colour scheme with her face which makes it harder to spot, and the pose is complex. It is what it is though Smile

I'm doing something with two characters, one behind the other, and I find turning down the Brightness and Contrast of the front character helps with getting position and proportion with the back character. Then when I need to have the front darker again I mess with the sittings of Brightness and Contrast.

My big dog is like 50# and she squirms.

I'm not sure what you mean by this, sorry. With the turning down the brightness contrast thing. Are you talking about seeing things as silhouettes?

I make the lines of the one character transparent enough that it dose not hinder the background character. Hope that makes since.
