It's a Beevon!  It's the 3rd stage of a Beevon, a Tigra, when they find out what gender they are.  This one is Zap.  Hello Zap.  How are you this fine day?  What's that Zap?  Oh, ok.  Zap says to say hi to VegSpicer cuz she's cool.  Gtg, bye!
