I drew this for a friend of mine. It's charries from Cowboy Bebop.
I suck at colouring, and use the bucketfill tool when i colour. I don't got a tablet, thus the reason for my lack in shading and stuff.
One day I might actually be able to colour stuff properly, but for now it can say as it is.
I'm sorry if I haven't done your favourite charries justice, but I tried my best.
Any tips on how to improve this are appreciated.

Once you get past the 'cleaning' of a scanned picture and block in the color, the hard part is over. 0 o After that it's all in skill and quality of your drawing program that matters. I would say go for it. Could never hurt. ~_^ --- See the truth all around/Our faith can be broken/And our hands can be bound/But open our hearts and fill up the emptiness/With nothing to stop us/Is it not worth the risk?/Yeah,is it not worth the risk?~Our Lives,The Calling |

Using a tablet isn't a big hype on quality of drawing as it is about the ease to do it. I never bothered with digetal shading without the tablet cause I don't have the tolerance for the mouse. I donno what tablet you have, but it makes the colouring deal SO much beter. My tablet is my best investment ^^ --- |

For some reason, I think it would have been easier to learn the basic with a mouse-because now I'm tempted to draw normally with a tablet-not taking advantage with all the features like layers, the fill tool, ect...So I dunno. I didn't know you had a tablet. >_< --- See the truth all around/Our faith can be broken/And our hands can be bound/But open our hearts and fill up the emptiness/With nothing to stop us/Is it not worth the risk?/Yeah,is it not worth the risk?~Our Lives,The Calling |
