There's a certain webcomic that is called YU+ME: dream. I read it regularly. Then again, I read a lot of comics regularly. :B This one is about lesbian schoolgirls, which you might recall are the subject of a story I [am? was?] working on. Different schoolgirls though, obviously.
In any case, this is the main character, Fiona. I'm deeply disturbed by the way she is portrayed in the comic, mainly because she always looks pathetic. If you described her feature by feature, she hypothetically looks like my very beautiful sister (curly/frizzy hair, freckles, dominant nose...rather Earth Mother-esque). So I feel the artist fails in making her more dimensional and chooses instead to make her always-frumpy-Fiona.
But maybe that's just what the artist wants. Who am I to say?
So. Fiona from YU+ME: dream. Feel free to check it out!
Ps. Another YU+ME picture is being worked on. :x I probably just like drawing lesbians.

This is pretty spiffy. Very nice plaid.
I actually came back to PD after a long absense specifically because I remembered your kindness. Then I was looking through your gallery - which I DESPERATELY need to comment, by the way! - and I saw how much you had improved and I was so impressed!! Then on your very recent colored drawing I saw you mentioned me and I was just so flattered, I can't even tell you! (This whole paragraph has seemed very scatterbrained!)
Hopefully I'll stick around for a while this time!
And thank you very much for the comment and compliments on my drawing!
And I'm glad you're back. I missed seeing my inbox filled with, "ZOMGSNICKERSIWUVYOOOU!!!!" I think you're the only person I know who calls me Snickers. Or any nickname for that matter.
Yeah, I have improved, haven't I? It makes me happy that people are noticing, so thank you. ^_^

I worked really hard on the skirt in hopes of making it look like it was actually moving. D: As in, not some weird bell shape permanently. Ha! (As for the plaid, I find it incredibly simple to do a plaid design if you have time to devote to it. Just a pattern of boxes using thick lines and a pattern or two of boxes using thin lines and VIOLA! Instant plaid! A little harder to color though. ;x)
Thanks again!
Ps. And thank you also for the favorite! I really appreciate it!!
