"Whellis" screen cap

yeah I wish XD  This was for the most part a coloring and blur experiment. I wanted to try out cell shading. I think it came out alright, could use some refining though. If anyone could link me to a tutorial for using the pentool in photoshop I'd be very greatful I know the perspective is wrong I have trouble with foreshortening so tips on that would be cool too. I added the subtitles just for fun
