Well, on Friday, My brother Gene went through my WHOLE art folder yoinking out pics I could turn into prints. This one was one of the few still IN my art older, even though it's like... 3 years old now. So, I said that I loved the layout, but the art was old. HE suggested I moved the guys about to rame it beter, but I got the S.M.R.T. idea of updating the linearts. HAlf a day later, I have this.

Gene gave me a few other nifty tips to bump it up. Should be good or a poster now ^^

Um- my characters Edward (Blond) and Alex (Black) done in yin yang fashion. I'm such a dork. The original

Feed back wanted- is it good? Got constructive crit? ANYTHING! XD

It's looking a lot better than it was last time I saw it. I especially like the changes you made to the upper part. it's starting to look kind of like a samurai jack style up there.

The tip of the sword doesn't look right though. I think its because you have that black shape above the red?

Oh i just noticed you used red trim for the lower guy's collar. nice touch.

I also like the texture effect you've got going on and how its not on the upper guy's hair.

Thanks for the crit ^^ Do you meaen the tip of the sword as in the hilt? You can't see the tip in this picture, so I'm unsure what you mean

(My brother suggested blocking out some texture for that- it looks SO much beter for it ^^ [emoticon]

oh yeah your right its the hilt. I thought it was the tip but hilt makes more sense. perhaps add some more lighting and definition to that area?

Whoa, that's awesome! The style is very cool. It's very eye-catching, and the texture is cool. Plus the concept of the thing is pretty fun! I love this...actually, I love a lot of your work.

Thanks ^^ This is a pic I drew AGES ago, but didn't like it cause all the heads were wonky. My brother told me I should turn it into a poster. A days worth of touch ups later, we have this. The concept was solid, but my art has improved SO much since I was in school
