Dragon KaGe 2001 shirt

Silver Creek High School 2001 Japanese Language T-Shirt Winning Design-I won the T-shirt design in 2001 but another design had a lot of votes too so Hurley Sensei ordered two sets of shirts. A lot of people hated me after I one again v.v They said it looked just like last years. Waaah! Then, after I had graduated, I had some people tell me that the Japanese shirts now suck and that they wish I could have entered a design again. Oh well. This design actually isn't the final. The Senseis didn't like the wings on him and wanted me to remove them so KaGe's wings in the final design have been 'clipped.' v_v waah! It really ruined the composition. It made him look so unbalanced to me and the drawing was designed with the wings. His hair looked strange without the wings behind it. I should have told him I wouldn't do it but that might have affected my chances of winning. How do you find the balance between pleasing your audience and staying true to yourself?
