This is a picture of my very first D&D character, Aeralyn (hence where I get my name). I thought that would be fitting as my first submission even though this is definately older work.
This is actually a very bland portrayal of her personality, but this is my representation of her when she was just a "street-rat". I've been playing Aeralyn for over 6 years now, so there are many adaptations and forms that she takes on as her story continues and she gains more power. So, this pic is where it all began... Who would have thought that she'd still be alive and well after all the crap she's pulled?
I'm currently working on her story, which proves difficult for several reasons. First of which is that everything was "created" through game-play so long ago, and second there wasn't a clear direction for her story until I had played her for almost a year. So, slowly but surely, I'm editing things out and adding things that would make more sense (hopefully) and help create a better flow.
Does anyone else struggle with that? Oh well- my gallery here begins!

puayenTotal Posts: 151Aug 19, 2007 6:48 pmThis is quite wonderful! I love the crispness and details of the folds on the cloths. The only thing is: I think the simplicity of her face really detracts from the quality of the cloths... perhaps adding a touch of realism could work. Keep up the good work! |
