It is considered a good omen when a water dragon emerges from the watery depths, even the smallest of creatures will herald its comming.
Commissioned piece. I would have liked to have made the dragon a little more fierce looking, but the person for whom this was done, it very pleased with it.
Painted in Photoshop.
