When World's Collide

I finished this nearly three days ago, but I had submitted this on my DA page when I was half asleep. Busy with school and entertaining house guests the next day and then I hit the hay a little while afterwards. So, I'm submitting it today.

An art assignment for my AP class, a self portrait; I think it was the only one that had a semi-full body self-portrait out of my whole table (our class is divided into basic design and AP students and we all fit into one table *lol*). Anyway, I don't exactly remember the assigment's words, but we were to do something with the background, something that included nature, suburban background, or something that represented us. I decided to draw a torn conviction of the wilderness with the city and I suppose the canyon was show of the rip between the two.

I'm not sure. Anyone's interpretation is free to give.

Also, there are similarities between the wolf and the girl/me; can anyone guess them? x3
