Bootay Shot!!

Artists

Artist's Comments

I had to do a low view for one of my classes, and naturally Remi came first to mind. I'm not sure why he became female in the process, but he did.  So here she is, Remi in all her glory. Just imagine yourself waking up strapped down to a trampoline, and looking up to see this. That is what my dear Remi would call a fun game.

Not just a good bootay shot, but nice footwork as well. Feet and hands are often the most difficult body parts to render, but you appear to be quite adept at both. Keep up the good work!

I try. I must confess reference was used on this piece. I found a pose I liked and changed it up enough to call it my own. But thank you for the compliment!

As students of the arts, reference material is always a good thing. Even the great Boris Vallejo works from photographs. Keep up the good work!

Not counting art classes in grade school, I've never had a lesson in my life. But I'll be a student of art, music, drama, writing, and all the other various things I engage all my life. We never stop learning--from our friends, our teachers, our children (especially!) so long as we draw free air.

Dude, that was downright philosophical. sooo...details on the lil ones? I love kids. My niece is only 6 mos., but I would kidnap her in a heartbeat! She really seems to love my paintings, she stares at them for a long time, then just barely brushes them with her fingertips. Its soo cool. she's usually rough, but I guess she loves art. She likes listening to her dad play guitar too. I personally am rooting for her to be an artist when she gets older. That would be awesome. I could have like a mini-me. I'll quit rambling now though.

I bet they're a handful. I kinda wanted to have a nephew just so I could teach him to chase girls with worms. That and give him waterguns in the summer, dress him up in cute lil outfits, watch him ruin said outfits, and then give him a candy bar right before I take him back to my bro. I'm the best aunt evar...
