Sorry for the delay and then the flat colors, but various circumstances beyond my control has made finishing this a little difficult. Hopefully, things'll settle and I'll be able to go back and make everything look a lot better.

Also, I didn't really follow the ref at all. The description gave me a completely different image than what I saw and I hope it's cool that I went with that instead. Not to mention that his outfit in the ref was more confusing than I have the patience for.
