Meet Felix.

He's a goldfish.

They somehow tolerate living in a tiny bowl of water and have a 6-second memory.
Yep.
Definitely stoned.

Note: No one mention how Mythbusters disproved the memory myth please. I drew this based on the stereotypical bad memory goldfish.

(I'm changing my review. I had misread and thought you wanted to know about the goldfish)

The pic is awesome, btw. lol. I love to sit and watch fish and like... >> act out what they're doing. Like when they sometimes hide in a plastic castle, they'd say "whoa, this place is huge. lets party" XD i'm silly, i know

  Actually, you can blame one of my friends in my painting class last year. She painted an angler fish that looked amazed by its own light-lure, so I said it looked stoned. Thus this idea got in my head. XD
  
  But I'm glad someone noticed my weirdness.
