The title probably makes absolutely no sense with just the picture. It's the name of the story that she's in, which I'm not going to babble about because it isn't really set yet.
I was trying to draw another character, and this one just seemed to appear on the character. Oddly fitting with her story, and it amused me, so I just gave in and drew her instead.
I don't know why she has pink and purple sneakers. She probably got them as a gag gift, decided to wear them anyway, and then got stuck with them. And it amused me ^^ And the scraggly stuff is supposed to be some sort of electricity.

Altaike (Reply)Total Posts: 14Mar 3, 2008 11:47 amShe's technically supposed to look mildly sardonic, but I fail at expressions and gave up with her. I think I need to just completely redo the right side (her right) of her face and her mouth. |

arkillian (Reply)Total Posts: 2806Mar 3, 2008 1:13 pmWell, for the expression, you'd have simplify it down to either and agitated expression, a superior "I don't care about you" expression, or a "What ever" expression. Agitated would have narrowed eyes, towered brows and a neutral to frowned mouth, Superior looks like raised brows, relaxed eyes, and mouth (I think you were going for this look with an analysing feel with the raised brow- this makes her look curious more than analytical)- her head would also be tilted upwards. Lastly, the what ever expression has them with one raised one lowered brows, eyes looking away, and a slight frown. That may also be what you're trying for. --- |

Altaike (Reply)Total Posts: 14Mar 4, 2008 11:20 amThanks! That'll make it a bit easier to change her expression around (and hopefully get it closer to right this time)! <3 |

arkillian (Reply)Total Posts: 2806Mar 4, 2008 11:30 amSometimes pulling the face helps. IT'll give you an idea if you're thinking what the character is. As WEIRD as it sounds, an engrossed artist pulls faces as they draw XD I know I do it. IT's why I don't like people watching me when I draw XD It helps me judge if others will like it though --- |

Altaike (Reply)Total Posts: 14Mar 8, 2008 1:33 pmI actually don't know if I do that... Though sometimes I'll randomly jump up and run to the mirror to do so. That's probably something I'll start doing now that you mention it though, if only because I'll be conscious of it. ^^ |
