Brief History: Born in Lavender Town and spending much time in Pokemon Tower, Fulmine's psychic senses (which everyone has, just few harness) develop to large extents. Not as a mind reader or future teller, simply as a ghostly communicator and the use of telekinesis. She used these senses to develop her physical look to that of a Psychic; and having actual abilities also earned that class. However, she does not use ANY psychic-type pokemon, and instead uses electric. She fools other trainers into believing she's a psychic-user and surprises them with a flurry of electric attacks.
