What have you done now?

Used Photoshop Elements for this, and actually played around alittle with it.  That was fun.  This was actually an illustration for Commercial Design class -- we had to do something similar to an illuminated letter, except the letter had to convey some kind of intrepretation of the following paragraph.  We could pick lyrics of a song or a quote from a book - it was pretty free rein.  I landed up picking a song from Within Tempations called "What Have You Done Now?"  I love that song in particular because of the agressiveness that the entire song conveys as well as the sense of betrayal.  It's ripe with raw emotion.   Gothic/ Symphonic Metal has a tendency to do that.  I highly suggest listening to the song if you can.  Go look it up on youtube.  Go. Now.

Anyways ... lots of fun, playing around with texture and the like.  Now, though I realize that her skin is a little too orange, especially if you print it out.  I have such a terrible time when it comes to shading skin. If anyone has a tip that would be fantastic!
