Light 57

Backstory:  I ran the light booth in college for our performances.  During "Pippin," just as the audience was filing in, Alan called me on my headset and asked, "Light Booth, is Light 57 supposed to be doing that?"  It was dangling from the piping where it had been anchored and was blinking ominously.  This drawing is the expression I had on my face upon hearing that call.

So I had to come down from the booth, crawl up to that piping and fix it with a half full house watching.  "Great," I think, "not only am I going to fall and crack my head open, but I'm going to do it in front of an audience.  Nice."

It got fixed and I went back to the booth.

I belong to me.
