Mercedes and Ingway

Started this during the summer and never finished it. Just opened it up yesterday and went "I'm gonna finish this" and that was it. Next thing I knew I was up till 6 am

... why can't I do crazy art stunts like that more often? xD

Oh, btw... I don't know what was wrong with me but this is fanart... of Mercedes and Ingway from the game Odin Sphere. My favorite couple... even if their tale was a sad one...

I like the wistfulness of her sleeping face, the texture on her hair, the touch of moonlight outlining his profile, and the beautiful glowing flowers. I do not know the source material but this is a fun picture for me.
