Beauty

A really obvious theme to this one, cliche even. Sometimes it's easier to go with a simple idea if you haven't planned it out at all.

Quick multi-media painting, took me about an hour, hour and a half? (Up to the part in Curse of the Black Pearl where jack n will arrive to save elizabeth at that treasure trove. pirates is a good movie for background noise.)

I used: Cheapo watercolours, black caligraphy ink, white-out, graphite, my le pen, and a piece of paper from a book I'm cutting up for collage purposes.

It was done on 8 1/2" x 11" printer paper.

I watched The Wall before I drew this, so I was kind of channelling some Gerald Scarfe.

I like primary colours, apparently.
