You may not believe me but when I first starting taking an interest in illustration I learned American style. My main influences were J Scott Campbell and Jamie Hewlett. But I was very young then so it wasn't so much that I wanted just to draw like them, I wanted to BE them. As I grew older I realized that an artist must develop into their own entity. Nobody wants someone who draws exactly like Jamie Hewlett because Jamie Hewlett has that covered. You have to give them something no one else can, so they have to come to you.
Ever since I have been picking up little things here and there that I like about everyone I find, and using that knowledge to find my own "style".

At any rate I hope you like this piece, I did something completely different with her.
