Um- for some critique, I'm not sure whether you're practising chibis cause you've never done them before or if you're relearning them, but I think you should do full bodied chibis rather than just heads. Their bodies are small, and it doesn't matter if you do things wrong cause it's super deformed. What benefits this gives is that you get to practice a full bodied expression, cause with chibis, the whole body is an expression and the head on it's own is rather plain. Also- your lines are a bit jagged. Try making your lines from the inside of the arc and using the natural movement of the hand to make a smooth line than forcing your hand to move. Even if you have to move the page.
