Our dear Deidei! who could not love him?!!! he is very cute ><!
He has this strong ideal about art and is very passionate about it (even if he needs to get a little psycho to make his point XD), I absolutley LOVE all his aparitions in manga and in anime! he is always so cute when he is pretending to be cool and all XD! and with his fights with Tobi >*<.

Well, I guess it end up a little psycho at the end ^^U... I was aiming for cute psycho!... but end up with just plain psycho look =.=U... still looks cute for me though ><... what do you all thing?

He's the right index in the Jinchuuriki seal formation ^^.
And the kanji in his ring reads sei, meaning "blue" united with ryuu kanji will read "blue dragon".
Oh yeah, his mouth is eating something, un.
