I just posted a different version of this picture as finished, but the more I looked at it I found things I didn't like. So I revamped the picture and I put the other one in work in progress. I will leave it there for a little while for comparison. any who this is the new and improved (IMO) griffon. [smiley]

I do like this version better; I think detailing the fur really helped it. I also like the composition better with the increased thickness of the border. I'm still lovin' that face [smiley]

Thanks, The face is one of the things I didn't really toy with cuz I liked it from the get go too. Thanks for the comment Karana. [smiley] I think the extra fuzzies helped too.

WOW Zac this looks tons better. I really like how you put more detail into the arms and the feathers....and I just think it looks alot more realistic now that you put more texture into everything. I forgot to say this last time I think but I really love the moon in the background and how the clouds are kinda hiding it...that is awesome. And I can't forget that little glowy thing he is holding...I really love it zac...OH and the shine from it on the feathers...brilliant! Nice work Zac I have to say ...I am soo faving this one. You have awesome art and never doubt yourself...keep it up! [smiley]
