So this is another one of my projects for Styles and Concepts this semester. Project premise was to create a fictional ice cream company and create a flavour, then to make a package design for said flavour. My company is called Odd Eaties, a play on the word Oddities, and it has unique flavours from all over the world that you wouldn't think of mixing together. The flavour that I chose to go with out of the three I came up with was Javan Tiger Stripe. Its a blood orange ice cream with a java chocolate swirl mixed through it.

I wanted to keep with the a sort of Javan/Indonesian look so I tried to do the tiger on the label in the style of Indonesian sculptures. And the palette was kept really warm with lots of oranges to match both the tiger and the ice cream. I'm really happy with the way it turned out, its not often I enjoy doing packaging design.
