So this is the Gabriel picture you spoke of. You did a great job with making him appear ethereal and angelic. The large eyes and rounded face makes him look young as well, rather cute, if the mouth was smaller he would look like one of the cutest lil uke's I'd ever seen lol This really is really good. The bright colors make the whole thing appear to glow, really I am impressed!
Funny thing? He's the seme-ish in his relationship, though there's no "fun" involved...

I'm glad you like it X3 They're both angels, both still in their genderless forms. And This pic of Gabe is the second in a string of attempts at learning lineless coloring. The rounded face and Rosy cheeks are to make Gabriel look more cherubic than your traditional BAMF archangel. Uriel's man enough for all of his brothers XD

I tried making lineless art for a short time....a VERY short time. It just wasn't my thing, and I'm still not very good at differentiating thicker and thinner lines in my own drawings, but hey, there's always something to improve on right? lol
I don't have the luxury of using different pencils, or anything like that. I've just got a small stack of mechanical pencils stacked up over the years from school. So I have to learn adjusting line thickness another way...
lol niiice. I actually took a leaf from your book, and when I made my Christmas picture(which sadly I have yet to post )I didn't have a black outline. I must say it looked much better that way. I'm not sure if I should stick with editing my drawings like that or not...we'll see with the next few and how they turn out :p So I thank you!

Line thickness is hard...But just takes practice and learning to use different pencils for different parts c=
