So, my brain decided I needed to do DBZ art again.

I do like the border and background style you used here but there's one major thing that bothers me. The back of her neck has a bit of a bulge there. Also when shading you might want to choose a color that's slightly darker then the actual color but not so dark to where your shading color comes out black. That's another thing bothers me about this.
