Her Older Days

This is my contest piece for IY-Unsung-Spirits's(DA) 'Elderly Contest'. The challenge was to make a younger character from InuYasha older or make an already older character younger.

I decided to draw an elder Kagome with InuYasha. I stink at drawing old people. There is still young aspects in Kagome here, but I tried.

Since its fall and it finally got cool down here in Texas, I made it a cloudy fall day instead of the previous idea of having a bright sunny day with green grass.

I tried blurring the line-art, I don't think it came out as well as I hoped, but it looks more blended in with the background. Anyway, I finally got a piece that I actually wanted to do.

And technically this could be a post 'Eyes to Life' pic, but I'm not giving the ending away to my story.

I like it I think it kind of sweet seeing them together even though she has aged and he hasn't
