Please let me know if you see anything that needs improvenment or needs to be fixed, this is possibly going to be tattood on my brother and I don't want him putting a total peice of crap on himself....

**EDIT** Took some peoples advise and fixed up her lower half.

I think you've got to look at the front line on her dangling leg before your brother gets it inked. Not sure it should bulge like that. I think her back leg is too long; the heel should be closer to her butt.

Other than that, it's quite good. I second jadenrshadow's comment about the detail, though, depending on the final size and medium.

how big is it supposed to be? the ribbon on the skirt and the ruffling might not work if it's this size or smaller.

  I'm not exactly sure how he does his tattoo's (i'm way to afraid of needles to watch him do it) but for most of his own designed tattoo's it was the same size, but if I need to get rid of the lace I really don't mind. And he told me he has done shading like this before.

  The lace is my only issue. I mean if he was doing a big peice (Like most of the leg or the back) then the lace is no problem, but sadly the smallest neddle is a 3liner and if he's doing it smaller than i'd say.....8inches...? then the lace will end up looking really crappy.
