Kitty in the Window

Sketch of my kitty, Claire, up in the window. She's attempting to sunbathe... on an overcast, rainy day.

I guess since there's a living thing in the image it's not exactly still life... so just animal speed painting it is!

All done while watchin' an episode of Supernatural.

Kitty!

Do you leave a rug in the window for her on purpose? She's a very cat-like kitty. I like the shading. Specifically the light on the curtains, but the rest too.

  Yup! It's actually a li'l cat perch my roomie and I got the cats. We just need to get a second one (or make a second one) to put on the other side of the DVD cabinet.
