I think this one is looking pretty good. There is one thing to keep in mind though. Your signature is really big and dark and close to Veggie's face. Our eyes are being guided to your beautiful caligraphy instead of to the intensity of Vegeta's eyes. So I suggest making your signature smaller and moving it to the bottom.

Also another small design tip; whenever you put something really close to another line like your signature is to Vegeta's ear, it creates a lot of tention for the viewer. I know that probably sounds odd but it's true. The viewer wants to just move it one way or the other. So try to avoid puting things so close like that.

*Drooling uncontrollably* I LOVE, LOVE,LOVE Majin Vegeta. You have done a wonderful job on him. He looks so sexy. Your shading looks superb. You have totally captured the essence of MV. Well done. ^_^
