Master Nondar

A couple years ago I did a sketch portrait of Nondar in pencil. I liked it, but wanted to update it just a little. I decided I'd do a digital paint-over so I could add more contrast.

Nondar is one of the teachers in the Kirban Temple, and also Master of the house of Healing. Healing is one of the five major houses of affinity, which means he's one of the highest ranked mages in the temple, but he's also the only leader of a major house who associates with all students. Since healing is considered a vital skill, all magelings are required to study it for at least one semester, and Nondar prefers to teach classes on healing himself.
He is also one of the only half-elves to ever ascend to the rank of Master.
