Under Layers of Pastel

I had originally hoped not to give this gal another water themed background, but after a few attempts this happened, and I really like it even though it unfortunately is water themed. Oh well, I'll break away from it in the next piece. I was also trying to tackle my own problems with her face at the front angle, and I'm pretty proud of how it came out :)
