Expectations vs Reality

My experience every time I do out and draw from life. I start my drawings expecting them to look amazing, but they never turn out exactly the way I want them to. Does anyone else have this experience when they approach their drawings.

    That situation is pretty common, at least with me. Perspective and proportions are hard to learn, so it makes sense why it's hard to draw from real-life. I still think the reality sketch doesn't look bad though~
