MangaStudioEX - Test Image

Well, here's the virgin attempt at the new software...
I do love this program, just for the inking tools ALONE... purrrrrrrrrrr

Richard & Daniel are from an actual manga I'm working on for Sakuranbo Studios that should be in Print in time for Yaoi-Con 2006

Fweeeee Maybe I'll learn this software by then... O_o
I've only had it a day mind you.

Background rendered in Poser by Moi
Imported into Manga Studio and converted into a tone. That's not in the program as a stock image. ^_^

Oh, what crisp lines! Corky Smile Dude, I love that hand with the foreshortened fingers, I can't imagine pulling that off so well. I like the way you've applied the tones in this too, especially the background... You draw such nice hands and fingernails, yum. Heart

Thanks. The interface for MangaStudio is a lot like Photoshop really where layers and tools are concerned (Which is what I used to do all my manga work in) so it makes it a little easier that way to figure out. There's still a lot of additional features I've yet to learn but working on it.

      ^_^

      Thanks

I have Manga Studio EX Professional because I am a software NERD and am already a POSER 6 owner so I got like $100.00 discount due to being an existing customer. (Thank goodness for perks. O_o)

Oh and I should mention, you REALLY need to be operating a good tablet to use this stuff... you cannot ink with a mouse. This program is designed to mimic actual inking (with nibs and brushes) with the pressure senstivity of the table stylus.

Hon- do you REALLY think I don't own a tablet with the amout of digetal drawings I do? Smile I own a Wacom Intuos 2, and I love it more than my car XD It's COOLIES!! I may have to trial this baby though. I'm intrigued....

Just making sure, I use a wacom Intuos II (12x12) myself... that is my holy grail and no one touches the tablet I blew a whole tax return on a few years ago. LOL

It's like Moses had 2 stones tablets where one said THOU SHALT NOT KILL

I have one tablet and it says I'LL KILL YOU IF YOU MESS WITH THIS!

          ~_^

SO hear you. I was suppose to half own mine, but I paid full price of it cause I couldn't stand it being out of sight. My boss made me do a logo at work with a mouse. That was the worse hour of my life. It was in paint too. THE BANE OF MY LIFE!!! *cries*
