Artist's Comments

This is my second coloring of my friends art work. I'm starting to get the hang of this. The hardest part is getting a soft glow feel with color. Most times it just starts looking washed out.

i'm always open to sugestions and advice from those who care to lend an oppinion.

I was worried about getting the Armor to look polished. Another of my friend Den's works of art.

Nice work on this piece. I like how you made the forground foliage (at the bottom) darker. It adds to the depth. The gold looks nice.

By the way, you can add multiple artists on artwork. To do so, just go to "My Artwork" and then click [edit artists] next to the thumbnail for this artwork and you can add Dennis to the artwork.

You did an especially good job on the armor and the stone. If I were your friend who did the linework, I'd be especially pleased! Well done, man!

The armour design and colouring is amazing. The shine looks great. Well done.
Something looks plain about her face tho.
But even that is fine. Honest. [emoticon]

Thanks,
Well I did some Plastic surgery on her face. Adjusted the eye position and a slight nose job. Remember I don't have my surgen's licence yet so...

I'm sure Orlando will join me in saying thank you for the comments, but all blame for the plain face goes to me i'm afraid. After rendering the armor and the background I just rushed through the face half-heartedly.

No, no. Not 'LADIES', 'LADLES". One's a kitchen utensil, and the other is commonly termed as 'the fairer sex'.... Though why they're known as that, I don't know. In my experience, men are far more fair in their deals. (*grin* I joke.)

Nice picture? Which picture?

Someday I hope I have the free time to colour some of Dennis's work... So far I have not yet had the fortune of opportunity.

Sweet dreams, and good luck!

wow... i definitely love the colors and way the overall effect works...

the face is a bit awkward, but i think it still makes this picture even better...

i have the worst time coloring, so most of my images remain b&w...

gorgeous!
