Well- I had difficulty naming this one. Fire Brand suited it, but that's taken sadly ![[emoticon]](http://www.paperdemon.com/images/forum/mysmilies/15pxyellow_sad.gif)
So I kinda when- what else. Well, he has Pheonix wings... so how about that?
Anyways- a long way off finishing. Still playing with firey wings. Gonna enter this to ~Bishie-Harlem 's competition for designing a character. I figure Alex is the best cause even though he's a sightly above average looking guy rather than flat out HOT, he has a personality that is totally... wow. Maybe he'll score brownie points for coolness rather than hotness ^^ Most of my characters are cool rather than hot though. It feels shallow making them hot. Got to tell the girls in the world breathe- right? ^^
Anyways- Alex Dragon with Firey wings.... again. This time with clothes on XD AH!! A pic with clothes on!!!!! *goes insane*
BTW- want roasting on concepts and how stuff flows- nitty pick stuff like a colour over the edge is fine at the moment. It's still WIP ![[emoticon]](http://www.paperdemon.com/images/forum/mysmilies/15pxyellow_smile.gif)

The wings look great, but they don't really look like a part of him, beacuse he's inked with a black outline, and the wings look airbrushed and apart from him. Maybe it's just me, though...![[emoticon]](http://www.paperdemon.com/images/forum/mysmilies/15pxyellow_pacman.gif)

I definitely like the effect of the blur that we get from the foreground part of the wing on our left. I think it looks far more 'firey' than does the solid triangular shape of the foreground right piece. Actually, come to think of it, the left-hand wing effects in general seem particularly well-developed... The right, I'm assuming, then, you haven't finished yet. --- |

My only real criticism is that the character sticks out too much, so the wings look more in the background than part of him. Not sure how you'd fix that, but I thought I'd put it out there.
