This is my first digital picture ever! A little character background information:
The firebird is only attracted to other firebirds. It is not like most other birds. It doesn't have to sit on it's eggs. The eggs are in flames so that keeps the babies warm. ^_^
Anyway, I did this with Corel Painter 9.

Wow, that’s really great for your first digital one, I like how you have done the flames (or flame like feathers) on the bird, he really looks like a firebird.

Oh why thank you. I did the flames with the Coral painter 9. You can do a lot of cool stuff with that.
