Picture of a sceptile, drawn for my little brother over the 4th of July. The pose in the book was boring, so I changed it a little. ^ ^

You scratch my back, and I scratch yours. You crit my pics, and I'll (try to) crit yours. Once again, major kudos for the excellent animale.

The arms look very two-dimensional. Maybe adding some more details to the finger/claws to give them a bit more of a feel like the rest of the picture has.

Also, at the chest, where that little indent is, it seems a bit off in comparison to the rest of the way your Sceptile is tilted. Moving it a bit to the right (my right, the comp's left ) would fix that easily, though.
Other than all that, great job!
