Harmony's Grandmother, (funnily enough also named Harmony, the Harmony we know and love was named after her) in all of her pagan glory. The Starr clan has a long history of witchcraft and musical ability, and many witchs, druids, and bards come from their ranks. Harmony Sr., however, is charged with a terrible secret and a terrible duty, that of preserving the purity of the Starr magic, whatever the cost.
