Vic Mignogna, the English voice actor for Edward Elric from the manga "Full Metal Alchemist" is coming to New Zealand's comic convention (next weekend!!) and I've desided to make another card cause well- I'm damn excited to meet him ^^ It was a bit of a challenge to get the expression right cause the character is a bit of everything... He's a fighter, so he's serious, but he's a kid, so he knows how to have fun and get into trouble, but he's also VERY sure of himself, so I wanted to give him an over confident expression

To make it worse, for a VERY long time, his eyes were WAY too high and I wondered why he looked like an alien O.o OMG- why did I not pick THAT up sooner?!

Letse- gave him big wide eyes to show his excitment and youth, and narrowed his brows to make him serious... Made him smile cause he's having fun... Gave him a pointing gesture- this ones a funny one cause it doesn't really relate, but some sports- when you aim for stuff, if you can point at it, then you'll hit it... That's what I was going for- a challenge that he'd win. I also ditched his cool red jacket to show off his metal arm- his trademark. HE lost an arm and a leg to bring back his mother from the death. I wanted that emphasised too. He's the Full MEtal Alchemist after all.

These aren't the final colours, but do sugest colour or backgrounds I could use that are suitable.

Um- crit? Is this sitable for a card you reckon? I'll finish this anyway cause I've been edging to do an FMA pic for ages. Or should I do another (describe)? I have a bit of time left... And yeah. Anything, but REMEMBER please- this is a sketch ^^; It's rough- I know...

^^ I said I'd try. He even drew all over my DVDs- put a mostache on Mustang XD And a top hat/monocule in a nother ^^ Heheh... I drew him a chibi as a thank you for that- he's really sweet [emoticon]

looks like you have braggin rights, Arky. lol. It's not everyday someone as famous as him doodles on your dvd collection. Thats so awesome!! Hey, could I ask you to scan the autograph and post it in your images section? I'm DYING to see it, lol. I'm dumbfounded.

Yeah, it was getting annouying- once I say I'll try to keep a copy f the origanal messege in my in box as a reminder till the dead is done. If I forget, then I'm sorry, it was a gift. If I couldn't do it, then I'm sorry- I tried.

It shouldn't be too far away- I think it's up to 20 working days for snail mail. It's on a cool card. It'll be worth the wait for sure.
