Sprigg sketches

Here are a few exploratory sketches I did for my film. Sprigg will most likely not look like this in my film because he's not yet simple enough for animation. I gave it a little bit of color in PhotoShop.

I fixed the neck on the drawing on the right. It's still not quite right but I can live with it. Time to move onto other drawings.

It turns out my film may not have this character Sprigg in it afterall. After a story meeting I had today with my classmates, I decided to go in a new direction with my film. However, I have saved the story with Sprigg for a future film that will allow more than 30 seconds. Story writing is hard. It's much more fun and easier in a group though. I'd suggest story groups to anyone trying to write stories for films.
