This is a picture of my cat Livingston that ran away about a year ago. Whenever I would be drawing on the table he would jump up there and lay himself right across my drawing because he wanted attention. Finally, one time he did this he was in such a cute position I had to draw him. I made it kind of cartoony and added the mouse later as an afterthought. Done in pencil, ink, and colored pencils.

I love how you made it animation style. That sometimes helps to take away some of the pain of losing such an important member of your family. I love the subtle hints of color that you put into this drawing. It really makes your eyes explore every corner of the page. --- Laughter is the best medicine and your face is curing the world. |

I've been to a couple of sites where people will put stuff up that didn't have much thought, time, or detail invested into their pics and it was really boring to look at. The thing I love about this site, is that everyone puts their very best into their art. And everyone is so quick to help and offer advice to the artists to help them improve. This is the only site I want my niece posting on because I think it will help her out a lot. Keep up the great work, EBS! My mom, grandma and I watch it and we always compare crazy situations in our life to that show..something crazy will happen and one of us will say "gee I feel like I am in a Sienfeld episode!"
