Faeren sleeping in a partial reality, cradled and sheltered in the arms of nature. He's actually in a room, which is dissintrigrating into a forest around him. This took about three weeks to complete, off and on. Sketched first in pencil, then painted in Photoshop, and still one of my favorite pieces from 2005.

But since it's rather old and I've improved since this, I'm going to rework the painting a little. [emoticon]

Wow, this just plain sucks. My god, a dog could do better than this. In fact, it's freaking awesome, and the rest was just a joke. Incredible, simply incredible! I love the lighting, and the vegetation transition is perfect! KEEP IT UP!

As you might know, this is a truly stunning piece of artwork ^_^
The amount of detail is simply terrifying, I remember when I first saw this, I was just taking it all in for a few minutes, admiring the details and the work that was put into it.
I could almost imagine that place is real.
This is still one of my favorites of yours. Good job. [emoticon]

I just noticed how the vines are curling around him limbs. ^_^

The foliage in this one always leaves me in awe. Not just because of the detail but because there's also this wonderfully luminous quality that makes it seem so real.

I remember when I first saw this picture on your site, I spent nearly an hour looking at all the detail in this. I really love the glowing butterflies, and the other glowing creatures. I always loved forests, and I really love to see someone as talented as you capture nature such as this.
