Faeren, in a symbolic painting that needs no explanation or reason other than the title. It can be interpreted however you like, though there are other paintings in my gallery that might help explain the story a bit. ^__^ I'm happy with the way his cloak turns into moss at the bottom. Introduced at FaerieWorlds 2006!

I love that "basking in nature feel".

The way the cloak blends into the background is lovely X3

Somehow I always fall in love with Faeren when I look at this one--there's just something about his expression that gets me.

You know, it took me forever to connect this painting to all the others where he's becoming part of the forest. I have no idea why...

I really love all the glowy butterflies. They look like they're made of crystal in this one. I adore his cloak.

This looks really familliar! I've seen this on DA before, didn't know you were here too [emoticon]
I was thinking of drawing something like that myself but you did it first *is jealous* Anyway this is absolutely fascinating I love all the transitions between light and dark, it just grabs my eye and doesn't let me look away. I love the character design too. Beautiful work!
