Jill V. -S.T.A.R.S.Total Posts: 2407Mar 3, 2008 5:24 pmI always love the amount of detail you put in to your pics but as for a crit the only thing that bothers me is the large amount of white space at the top. I'd say crop maybe a few centimeters off not much and you'll be good to go --- Yes we can! |

puayen (Reply)Total Posts: 177Mar 4, 2008 4:49 amThanks for the comment. Yeah, well, the original is actually draw in landscape with not much vertical space- but I added the spaces in an attempt for another effect: though the finishing is very quick and shoddy, so the final thing fell short of that effect. |

Jill V. -S.T.A.R.S. (Reply)Total Posts: 2407Mar 4, 2008 2:16 pmNo I like the white space around it I think it gives it a really cool looking effect. But just the top part of it has a little too much. Cropping just a tad of that will make it look more balanced cause right now it looks like there's more white at the top than at the bottom. Know what I mean? --- Yes we can! |

pazazzTotal Posts: 517Mar 6, 2008 8:03 amNice work! The large amount of negative space at the top of this piece is a little distracting, but overall, it is very well done. Thanks for sharing it with us. |

puayen (Reply)Total Posts: 177Mar 7, 2008 12:31 amThanks for the comment and crit. Ha, yikes, two complaints about the -'ve space already. Looks like time to take it out. I'd planned to give it a very simple, large-space, bottom-heavy picture- but looks like didn't execute that goal with enough precision. |
