You read it! I'm glad you think it adds meaning to it. One day it just hit me, but I didn't want to make it too pronounced, that's why I put it there. Hmm.. you think I should make it more visible or leave it this way?
And concerning the character I might have an idea of what should be there, so I'm going to work on it soon as possible. Thank you for your comments hun. I appreciate it, you always manage to uplift my spirit.

Yes love, I did read it. And I think you should keep it the way you have it. That way you can be sure that people are really looking at your drawing instead of just skimming over it. It is truly wonderful. You always have wonderful ideas. And I know whatever you decide to do with this one (whether you add something else or leave it how it is) it will always be a memorable piece of art. All my love. ^_^

Aww thank you. I'm glad you like it. I wanted this to be sad even though the colors are bright and everything seems idyllic, since I feel pity for this kid. lol I'm glad you like my coloring, I decided to try out something new, and color the trees in more detail.

Yeah, I've been fairly absent... popping in now and again to comment on people's work. I'm working on Christma presents right now, and trying to deal with some of the stress from work - so my days are packed.
